#IPWeek2021 Guidelines

Instructions for panelists / speakers

  • Please, check the program and the timing: confirm the time zone https://bit.ly/GCIPTConv and be ready 5 minutes earlier and try to finish on time.
  • To guarantee the session safety, if you haven’t sent the emails of the speakers, please send them as soon as possible.
  • When you enter the session
    • You can choose your Zoom virtual background by making right-click over your image on the screen ->choose a virtual background.
    • Be sure to check the box “share audio” when you share the screen to present audio or video content.
  • During the session
    • Maintain the chat box open. The host will notify you when 5 minutes left to end the session.
    • Remember, the session will end automatically, so monitor your time.
    • Interpreters will translate your session into two languages. Please remember to talk slow and pronounce clearly. Making pauses can help.
  • After the session
    • We will be updating the website after the event. Your session will have an entry with speakers, descriptions, and links to the videos.
